Public Holidays – Please note that SydneyCBDFlorist cannot guarantee delivery on Public Holidays. Any orders received for delivery on a Public Holiday will be delivered on the next available courier service.

Same day Deliveries in Sydney – SydneyCBDFlorist is able to deliver flowers to Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs within the same day. Orders received by us by 1:30pm EST can be for same day delivery for the CBD. We can still attempt same day deliveries after this time however they are not guaranteed and may be delivered the following working day. Please call to check. The cutoff time for same day delivery service to surrounding suburbs is 12pm. Orders placed on Saturday for same day delivery must be placed before 10am. There are NO deliveries on Sundays (except for Mother s Day).

Deliveries – We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery between 9 to 5. For Valentine’s Day the flat rate is $15. For morning AM delivery or delivery within 4 hours we offer a VIP delivery service of $20. In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with our office within 2 days). We will try our best to deliver any gift you order, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:

* Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift

* Address provided is incorrect. We will however be more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional $10 delivery charge.

* Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to voicemail message we leave for them.

Valentine’s Day Delivery – This is the busiest day for us. As such we want to make sure that we do not disappoint our customers due to non delivery. Since we are located in the Sydney CBD we will only take orders for the Sydney CBD only for Valentine’s day. We will gurantee all orders placed before 10am on Valentine’s day for the Sydney CBD for same day before 5pm delivery.

Quality Assurance – Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by us. Quality complaints must be received within 1 weeks of delivery. A quality complaint is anything to do with an order that was delivered including but not limited to poor quality, missing items, expired items, wrong items, and value of items and so on. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints

Cancellations – If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund less a $10 administration charge back to your credit card. Once the flowers and gifts are dispatch we are unable to offer a refund.
